Lil' Wayne is being sued by a Tampa Bay promotions company, claiming that he missed a concert date and has refused to reschedule the performance. Reports show that the lawsuit was filed Friday (Jan. 19) in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court.

Friday night it went down at Gators nightclub with the entire LocDown family in the building. Dj Diamond from 101.1 fm (WIZF) was on the 1's and 2's spinning the hottest hits and had the club jumpin all night. CzarNok..Big Neil..Wild Bill..LowKey..Brookville..and the entire LocDown family where all in attendance as the club hit capacity around midnight. It was a wall to wall crowd but what else did you expect, it was a LocDown party. "We ain't been nowhere...LocDown is here to stay...it's LocDown for life. We was just giving you lames time to play...now change lanes lames because we're back." Wild Bill shouted into the microphone as Dj Diamond dropped that new CzarNok single "Supafly" then followed up with Big Neil's single "Pull Up".
